How fast can Darani respond to a booking?

Standard requests are scoped and assigned within 24 hours; emergency repairs (leaks, electrical faults) get a same-day response.

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

No advance payment is collected. Payment falls due only after the work is scoped and you have approved the documented plan.

How is my work tracked?

Every service request, regardless of size, is issued a unique reference number, a documented scope and a named, accountable team. Turnkey engagements are executed under a formal works contract. No work at Darani proceeds on verbal instruction alone.

Is Darani available outside Bengaluru?

We currently operate across Bengaluru, Karnataka. For requirements elsewhere, please write to us through the Contact page and our team will advise on feasibility.

How do I become a service partner?

Use Partner With Us to submit your trade, coverage area and experience; our team reviews applications for onboarding.

What if I'm not happy with the completed work?

Every request stays open until you sign off. Flag it and we'll send the team back at no extra cost.

What does a facility management company do?

It takes over the recurring upkeep of a building, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, cleaning, security and compliance, under one scheduled contract instead of separate callouts.

Which areas of Bengaluru do you serve?

We work across Bengaluru, including Sahakarnagar, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Whitefield, Indiranagar, Koramangala, Sarjapur Road and the Outer Ring Road corridor.

Do you work with apartment associations and gated communities?

Yes. Association and managed-property contracts are a core part of our facility management work, with scheduled visits and a named escalation contact.

Can Darani handle a complete building project, not just repairs?

Yes, under a formal works contract with defined milestones and handover terms. Through Turnkey Projects we take on complete buildings or step in at a single stage: civil, finishing, interiors, flooring, painting or external works.

Do you supply materials as well as labour?

Yes. Materials & Supply is one of our six verticals, sequenced in the order a project consumes it and billed on a single invoice.

Who does Darani send for home nursing, elderly care or a nanny?

Home nursing is delivered by council-registered GNM or ANM nurses. Elderly care attendants, japa staff and nannies are Darani-trained and certified, background and police verified, and first-aid trained. Every case is scoped by a care coordinator with a written care plan and a daily log for the family.

Can I get a caregiver for a pregnant or newly delivered woman?

Yes. Home Care & Nursing covers antenatal support, post-delivery and japa care, lactation guidance, newborn and infant care, and nanny placements, on a day, night, 12-hour or live-in basis.

Do you offer training or skill development?

Yes. Darani runs paid skill development and training programmes across our trades, covering theory, practical work and soft skills, with placement into our partner network for those who qualify.
